Olivaya is a sacred blend of “Olive” (peace, rooted healing) and “Aya” (miracle, soul, sacred presence)—a name that means “sacred miracle of peace.”
Olivaya Soma Yoga offers inclusive somatic practices—from weekly meditations and monthly gatherings to prenatal support and seasonal outdoor sessions—designed to ground, restore, and connect you in mind, body, and community.

Evening Flow.
Morning Circle.
Join us Tuesday evenings from 6:00–7:15 PM for a grounding mid-week flow — a moment of breath and movement carved out just for you after the workday. Then meet us again Saturday mornings from 10:00–11:30 AM for our signature class: a full prenatal flow followed by our community mama check-in, the circle that has a way of turning strangers into village.
All Trimesters.
Every pose is adapted by your instructor to meet you exactly where you are — first, second, or third trimester. Our classes welcome every body type and movement level, including chair-supported options for anyone needing extra support. Woven into every session is labor prep breathwork: calming, practical breath and relaxation techniques you'll carry with you straight into the birth room and beyond.

Pregnancy is one of the most powerful — and overwhelming — experiences of your life. At Olivaya Mama, we created a space where you can slow down, tune in to your body, and find your people. Whether you're in your first trimester managing fatigue and nausea, or in your third trimester counting the days, you belong here right now, exactly as you are.
Our classes blend gentle prenatal yoga flows with breathwork and relaxation techniques rooted in labor preparation. Every session is trauma-informed, modification-friendly, and instructor-guided — no yoga experience required.

Olivaya is a movement for the culture. Blending SomaYoga Therapy, rest, breathwork, Ayurveda, and shadow work, this practice reconnects the mind and body through healing, tradition, and self-awareness.
Certified in 200-RYT Hatha Yoga (Himalayan Tradition) and SomaYoga Therapy through Yoga North, I’m a registered Yoga Alliance instructor.
These sessions center BIPOC experiences and welcome all bodies, abilities, beliefs, and healing journeys. I’ve learned powerful, pain-free ways to restore and reflect—and I can’t wait to share them with you.
