Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary reasons: there are no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges accepted. If your products were damaged during shipping, please photograph the carnage and contact us immediately upon receipt (claims cannot be processed if sent in more than 14 days after delivery). 

Orders will be shipped within 2-6 business days unless otherwise specified (pre-orders / special releases, etc). Holidays, vacations. markets & unexpected occurrences may cause production delays. Announcements will be made for foreseeable interruptions in our production schedule.

Please use all natural products within 3-6 months for effectiveness and quality, and to reduce the chance of spoilage, decomposition, or weakened scents or effectiveness of herbs. We do not use preservatives or chemicals to extend shelf life; our products are made to be enjoyed consciously and swiftly. Several of our products' (rosewater, balms) shelf life can be extended with refrigeration. Keep products sealed between use. Store in a cool, dry place out of direct light.
