A cozy space for books and belonging.

"A cozy corner for makers and growers.”

I’m a trained and certified herbalist who loves helping people reconnect with their bodies through gentle, nature-based care. I truly believe in the power of herbs and natural medicine to support the mind, body, and spirit—whether someone is looking for an alternative approach or something to pair alongside their regular care. My style is practical, intuitive, and heart-centered. I want people to feel empowered, grounded, and supported as they build long-term wellness in ways that actually fit their lives.

Lately, I’ve also fallen in love with sewing. It started as a creative escape, but it’s become a real part of my healing. Every stitch reminds me to slow down, breathe, and let my hands make something meaningful. Sewing connects me to community, to ancestral ways of making, and to the dream of building something self-sustaining for my family. It’s become its own form of medicine for me—one that brings joy, peace, and a sense of possibility.
