Olivaya Stretch is designed to loosen tight muscles, restore range of motion, and ease the tension that builds up from sitting, standing, working, and simply living life in a body that carries a lot. Each class moves slow and with intention, giving you space to breathe into areas that feel stiff or stuck. You leave feeling looser, lighter, and more at home in yourself, ready to move through the rest of your day or week with more ease.

Every session opens with a guided meditation to quiet the mind and settle into the body before movement begins. From there, we flow through a blend of:
