Olivaya Mama Prenatal Yoga: 4-Week Series
Join us this fall for a nurturing 4-week prenatal yoga and childbirth education series designed to support you through pregnancy with movement, breathwork, and practical knowledge for birth.
Each 75-minute class blends gentle prenatal yoga to ease discomfort and build strength, alongside childbirth education to help you feel empowered, informed, and connected as you prepare for labor and postpartum.
Led by Prenatal Yoga/Soma Yoga Instructor, Jazzmine, Rural Black Doula
